About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media, supporting brand identity, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce visual assets such as brochures, banners, flyers, posters, social media creatives, email templates, presentations, and infographics.
Create and maintain brand‑consistent layouts, templates, and style guides (typography, color palette, logo usage, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
Work on digital‑first designs for website, social media, and email campaigns as well as print‑ready materials.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and brand guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance visual output.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design (agency, in‑house, or freelance).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic knowledge of Figma / Canva is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
Good eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to translate briefs into effective visuals.
Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to accept feedback and iterate designs.
