Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote our organization, generate business opportunities, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's services and programs through direct marketing and field activities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Identify and collect data from target audiences, including schools, colleges, educational institutions, students, parents, and other prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, management teams, placement cells, and institutional authorities.
- Coordinate and conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, awareness programs, and promotional events in schools and colleges.
- Represent the company at educational fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up on leads generated through seminars, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field visits, marketing activities, lead generation, and conversion status.
- Work closely with the Sales, Admissions, and Marketing teams to achieve business development targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Travel as required for business development and institutional visits.
Required Skills

- Ability to conduct seminars and public speaking sessions confidently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Educational Marketing, or Sales are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in educational marketing, institutional sales, or business development will be an added advantage.

- Number of schools and colleges visited.
- Number of seminars, workshops, and promotional sessions conducted.
- Quantity and quality of leads generated.
- Institutional tie-ups established.
- Lead-to-admission conversion support.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Timely submission of activity and performance reports.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
