The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Site Supervisor coordinates manpower, monitors work progress, maintains site discipline, and reports daily activities to the Project Manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision
- Supervise all day-to-day construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and work schedules.
- Monitor labour productivity and site performance.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Quality Control
- Ensure quality workmanship as per project specifications.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignments, and workmanship before execution.
- Report quality issues immediately to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Material Management
- Verify receipt of construction materials.
- Monitor proper storage and handling of materials.
- Report shortages and wastage.
- Maintain daily material consumption records.
- Assist during inspections by consultants and government authorities.
- Labour Management
- Allocate daily work to labour teams.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety regulations at the worksite.
- Ensure workers use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report accidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor attendance and productivity.
- Ensure discipline among workers.
- Resolve minor site-related issues.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
Coordination
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Surveyors, Quality Engineers, and Stores.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required.
- Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
- Record manpower deployment and machinery utilization.
- Maintain site registers and measurement records.
- Report daily work progress to the Project Manager.
- Assist in preparation of bills and measurement books (MB).
- Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 per month
