Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall QA/QC activities for distribution and power transformers.
- Ensure quality as per IS, IEC, customer specifications and approved drawings.
- Monitor incoming material, in-process inspection and final inspection.
- Supervise transformer testing and review test reports.
- Prepare and implement QAP, SOPs, inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Handle customer/third-party inspections and customer complaints.
- Conduct RCA, CAPA and 8D for quality issues.
- Manage internal/external audits and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Monitor supplier quality and reduce rejection/rework.
- Lead and train the Quality team.
Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in transformer manufacturing quality.
- Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing, testing and IS 2026 / IEC 60076.
- Good leadership, problem-solving and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹69,534.56 per month
