Job Summary: -
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, handling customer queries, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. This role acts as a bridge between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and coordination.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and reports in the CRM system.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
