Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives. This role is ideal for freshers, retired professionals, and homemakers who are interested in building a career in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable products
Promote NBFC products such investments
Conduct telecalling to generate leads and follow up with clients
Willingness to Customer premises also needed
Explain products clearly over phone calls and convince potential customers
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Follow up with potential and existing clients
u Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
u Meet assigned targets and contribute to team goals
Eligibility Criteria
· Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (preferred)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage
· Willingness to learn and grow
· Freshers, retired individuals, and housewives are encouraged to apply
· Possession of a Valid two-wheeler or Four Wheeler Driving License will be an added advantage
Skills Required
· Communication and relationship-building skills
· Basic computer knowledge
· Sales and negotiation skills (preferred but not mandatory)
· Customer-oriented mindset
