- Project Execution & Commissioning: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of 132 kV / 25 kV Traction Substations (TSS), Switching Stations (SP/SSP), and OHE systems. [1]
- Resource & Schedule Management: Develop and track the master project schedule. Coordinate manpower, OHE batches, and material feeding per site requirements. [1, 2]
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to Indian Railways standards, RDSO guidelines, and power regulations. Manage crucial documentation like EIG (Electrical Inspector to Government) approvals. [1, 2]
- Budget & Financial Control: Manage project financials, cost control, variance orders, and processing of both client and subcontractor bills. [1, 2]
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, railway officials, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and secure necessary power blocks or permits. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Quality & Safety (HSE): Implement strict QA/QC and safety procedures at the site, ensuring hazards are mitigated and quality checks are successfully documented. [1]
