Job Summary
We are hiring a dedicated and responsible Service Cum Delivery Agent for our Jaipur location. The candidate will be responsible for timely delivery, installation, pickup, and basic servicing of medical equipment at customer locations while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Installation
- Deliver medical equipment safely to customer locations.
- Install and demonstrate equipment usage to patients and attendants.
- Handle pickup of rented equipment from customer locations.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and handling of devices.
Service Responsibilities
- Perform basic troubleshooting and service support for devices.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team for major repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
- Check machine condition before delivery and after pickup.
Customer Support
- Explain product usage and safety instructions to customers.
- Maintain polite and professional behavior during customer visits.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Collect customer feedback and update the concerned team.
Operations & Reporting
- Update delivery and pickup status on time.
- Maintain records of deliveries, collections, and service visits.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with store and operations team for daily tasks.
Skills Required
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic technical understanding of medical devices/electronics.
- Ability to travel locally within Jaipur and nearby areas.
- Physically fit for handling equipment deliveries.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Experience in delivery, field work, installation, or service support preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
- Basic smartphone handling knowledge required.
