CYBERSECURITY AREAS:
Candidates should have exposure to several of the following:
CSPM – Cloud Security Posture Management
CWPP – Cloud Workload Protection Platform
DSPM – Data Security Posture Management
SCA – Software Composition Analysis
SAST – Static Application Security Testing
DAST – Dynamic Application Security Testing
EDR – Endpoint Detection and Response
NDR – Network Detection and Response
IDS/IPS – Intrusion Detection / Prevention Systems
DLP – Data Loss Prevention
SIEM – Security Information and Event Management
SOAR – Security Orchestration, Automation and Response
Responsibilities:
- Investigate, triage, respond to security incidents and alerts across multiple platforms
- Operate and continuously improve security monitoring & detection capabilities of our cybersecurity solution
- Manage findings from Vulnerability Scanning, Penetration Testing, and Risk Assessments to improve security posture, document incidents, investigation findings and remediation actions
- Perform Root Cause Analysis, Impact Assessment, and containment of security incidents across multi-platform workloads
- Implement and maintain incident response procedures, playbooks, and escalation workflows
- Monitor infrastructure, ensure security controls align with industry regulations, audit requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives for security controls
- Collaborate with teams to implement security controls and best practices
Required Technical Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Operations or other Security roles
- Hands-on experience investigating security incidents for fintech and strong understanding of
security concepts such as CSPM, CWPP, DSPM, SCA, SAST, DAST, EDR, NDR, IDS/IPS, DLP
- Experienced in Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing remediation, and Risk
Assessment processes
- Knowledge of security monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (SIEM/SOAR concepts)
- Experience securing and hardening Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to communicate security risks, incidents, and technical findings to all stakeholders
Technical Skills:
- AWS native security tools,
- SIEM Platforms
- Vulnerability Scanners
- Windows Server, Linux
- Networking & Security
- Scripting and Automation tools
- Kubernetes fundamentals
