Position: Senior Sales Executive (Back Office)
Location: Chandkheda, Ahmedabad
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Qualification: Any Diploma, BE, BBA, or Graduate
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives
Job Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client communication, quotation preparation, negotiation, and order closure. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms as per company policies.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality Control, Logistics, and Accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo), CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Understanding of engineering products, fabrication, and industrial sales will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
