Core Responsibilities
- Structural Diagnostics: Inspect and evaluate buildings, bridges, and infrastructure to identify damage, deterioration, or structural vulnerabilities.
- Repair Planning: Develop detailed structural retrofit, rehabilitation, and repair plans, including retrofitting for seismic compliance or load upgrades.
- Material Specification: Determine the proper materials (e.g., carbon fiber wraps, high-strength grouts, epoxy injections) needed to ensure long-term structural longevity.
- Cost Estimation: Draft bills of quantities (BOQ) and accurate cost estimates for budgeting purposes.
- Site Supervision: Oversee active repair and strengthening projects to ensure strict compliance with safety norms, building codes, and structural design drawings.
- Documentation: Prepare structural audit reports, non-destructive testing (NDT) analysis, and maintenance schedules
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
