Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Head is responsible for leading the pre-sales function, managing customer inquiries, qualifying leads, overseeing site visit coordination, and ensuring seamless conversion of prospects into sales opportunities. The role involves developing pre-sales strategies, managing CRM systems, leading pre-sales teams, and working closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to maximize customer acquisition and conversion rates.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the pre-sales team.
- Establish performance targets and KPIs for team members.
- Conduct regular training sessions on products, customer engagement, and sales processes.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of lead management objectives.
Lead Management
- Oversee lead generation and lead qualification processes.
- Ensure prompt response to inquiries received through digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and channel partners.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor lead allocation and follow-up effectiveness.
Customer Engagement
- Handle high-value and strategic customer interactions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to site visit.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
Sales Support
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified lead handover.
- Support sales teams with customer insights and market intelligence.
- Participate in project launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Assist in developing sales presentations and project pitches.
CRM & Reporting
- Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Track inquiry-to-booking conversion metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales funnel performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales/pre-sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
