Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, stakeholder management, and building a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage offer negotiation and candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills.
- Experience with recruitment portals and hiring tools is preferred.
