About the Role
Our client company is seeking an experienced (OMAN)and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Verify work execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
- Ability to read technical drawings and construction documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- GCC experience is an added advantage.
