* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
* Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
* Process monthly payroll by validating attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
* Handle employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
* Manage sales team expense claims, verification, approvals, and reimbursement coordination.
* Administer attendance and leave management processes.
* Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
* Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment, payroll, and employee data.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
* Assist in performance management and employee lifecycle activities.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
* Perform any other HR, administrative, or operational duties as assigned by the management based on business requirements.
