Lotus Global Overseas Education and Immigration Group Pty Ltd is an Australia based venture of IVP (International Visa Proffesionals Pty Ltd) is seeking a seasoned Senior Immigration Consultant to lead complex cases, mentor junior consultants, and drive client satisfaction at our Chandigarh office. This is a leadership role suited to an expert with a proven track record in immigration advisory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Guide clients through complex immigration processes including PR, skilled migration, and investor visas
- Evaluate client profiles in-depth and recommend optimal visa pathways
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, and relevant institutions
- Review and approve applications prepared by junior consultants to ensure accuracy
- Mentor and train junior counsellors and filing executives
- Ensure all applications meet legal and procedural requirements to minimise refusals
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Stay current on immigration law changes across Australia, Canada, UK, and USA
- Support business development through client referrals and service excellence
Requirements :
