- Lead architectural design and project development from concept through execution.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and presentations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site engineering teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Manage client interactions, understand project requirements, and provide design solutions.
- Review and approve architectural submissions and construction documents.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
- Resolve design and construction-related issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
