Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MSW Fresher to join our HR & Administration team. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement activities, recruitment, statutory compliance documentation, and administrative functions while gaining practical exposure in a manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
- Update employee records in HRMS/Excel.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and overtime record maintenance.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and training sessions.
- Support performance appraisal and training documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Assist in statutory compliance documentation related to PF, ESI, labour records, and audits.
- Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Administration
- Maintain office administration records and documents.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, and office maintenance activities.
- Assist in managing stationery and office inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for administrative requirements.
- Support travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements whenever required.
- Handle employee ID cards, access cards, and other administrative records.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) – Human Resource Management/Personnel Management.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Team player with good coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
