Job Description – NOC Analyst
Position Title: Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Working Mode: Remote
Location: Preferred: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (US Timings)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NOC Analyst to join our support team, supporting MSP client infrastructure and IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network monitoring, ticket handling, coordination with technical teams, and ensuring timely incident resolution.
Mandatory Requirements
· Valid CCNA Certification
· 3+ Years of relevant experience in NOC / IT Infrastructure Support
· Ability to work in rotational shifts / 24x7 support environment
· Good understanding of networking fundamentals . monitoring tools and protocols
· Experience in handling incident tickets and coordination activities with ISP/Client and Field engineers
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor network, systems, and infrastructure alerts using monitoring tools
· Integrations and Modifications for the New /Existing Network nodes in to Monitoring tool
· Handle incoming incidents, alerts, and service requests through ticketing systems
· Perform ticket triaging, categorization, prioritization, and rerouting to appropriate teams
· Coordinate with internal technical teams and vendors for issue resolution
· Follow up on open incidents and ensure timely closure within SLA timelines
· Maintain proper documentation of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions
· Escalate critical issues to senior engineers or management as required
· Perform basic Level-1 troubleshooting for network and infrastructure-related issues
· Ensure continuous monitoring and availability of client environments
Technical Skills Required & Monitoring + Ticketing Tools
· TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN
· Routing & Switching Concepts ( BGP and OSPF )
· Basic understanding of Windows Server, Network Devices, and Firewall Concepts
Monitoring Tools :Auvik,LogicMonitor,SolarWinds,PRTG,Zabbix,Nagios,ManageEngineTicketing Tools: ServiceNow,ConnectWise,Jira,ZendeskEducational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
Notice Period
Immediate Joiners / Short Notice candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
