Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with strong practical exposure.
BE Fresher can also apply.
Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Project Management / Installation Projects
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in MS Office & MS Excel
- Strong coordination, reporting & MIS skills
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Willingness to travel and meet deadlines
Behavioral Competencies:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales for technician deployment
- Liaise with Design team for layouts & installation details
- Verify BOM and installation requirements
- Coordinate with Production & Dispatch
- Ensure material readiness before dispatch
- Communicate technical details with clients
- Prepare installation plans & timelines
- Monitor site attendance & daily progress
- Resolve shortages & technical issues
- Visit sites to monitor quality & progress
- Manage site expenses as per policy
- Track project progress vs plan
- Prepare project closure documents
- Conduct project closure meetings
- Maintain records & reports
- Willingness for frequent site travel
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
