A modern food business serving authentic Kerala cuisine and popular Indian favourites through delivery platforms and direct channels. We are looking for a hands-on partner to help build and scale the business.
Role Overview
The partner will work with the founder on business strategy, operations, marketing, sales, finance, customer experience and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Plan marketing, social media and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor costs, revenue and profitability.
- Manage customer feedback and improve retention.
- Support recruitment, training and team management.
- Build supplier, corporate, catering and business partnerships.
