MEDICAL SCRIBE – FRESHERS WELCOME
We are hiring Freshers for a Medical Scribe role — this is a clinical documentation position, NOT a Data Science or Data Entry role.
Who We’re Looking For
We prefer candidates with an academic background in:
- Medical / Allied Health Sciences
- Life Sciences
- Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Other healthcare-related fields
Candidates should have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Professional manner and good interpersonal skills
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or above
- Good computer proficiency
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional healthcare environment
- Flexibility to work US shift timings: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
What Does a Medical Scribe Do?
As a Medical Scribe, you will virtually accompany healthcare providers during patient consultations through Microsoft Teams and document the patient encounter accurately and efficiently in real time.
This role involves understanding the provider–patient conversation, medical terminology, clinical information, examination findings and treatment plans, and converting them into accurate medical documentation.
Training & Compensation
3-Month Training Program for Freshers
- Stipend: ₹12,000/month
- Transportation Allowance
- Food Allowance
- Approx. ₹15,000/month total take-home
After Successful Deployment
Work Details
- Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Weekends: Off
- Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Chennai candidates preferred
Important
This is a Medical Scribe / Clinical Documentation role. We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in building a career in healthcare and medical documentation, not candidates specifically seeking Data Science, IT or general Data Entry positions.
2-Year Service Bond Applicable
Selected candidates will be required to submit their 12th Standard Certificate as per company policy.
Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
