We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales
- Knowledge of digital marketing or industry-specific domain
- Target-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude
