About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and career-oriented professionals to join our MBBS Abroad team as International Education Counsellors. The role involves guiding students and parents through the overseas medical admission process, providing counselling support, and assisting them in making informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS Abroad opportunities, universities, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
- Handle enquiries generated through various channels and provide timely guidance to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the admission journey.
- Assist students with documentation, application procedures, and admission formalities.
- Maintain accurate student records and update data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents by providing excellent counselling support.
- Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:

- Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the international education sector.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
