About the Role
Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Technical Writer to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background and the ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation. You will work closely with researchers and technical teams on engineering projects, research publications, and technical reports.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
- CGPA/GPA of 8.0 or above is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- PhD candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent English writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge in core engineering subjects.
- Experience in technical writing, research documentation, academic projects, journal publications, thesis writing, or manuscript preparation will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proofreading skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create technical documents, reports, user documentation, and engineering content.
- Prepare research manuscripts, technical articles, and project documentation.
- Review, edit, and proofread technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Develop literature reviews and technical content based on engineering concepts.
- Ensure proper formatting, referencing, and plagiarism compliance.
- Collaborate with researchers and technical teams to produce high-quality documentation.
- Maintain documentation standards and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest engineering technologies and research trends.

Compensation
Salary: Negotiable. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's technical knowledge, writing proficiency, English communication, and overall performance during the interview process.
