ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Camellia Staffing is proud to act as the official hiring partner for a fast-paced creative environment seeking a versatile and visually driven Graphic Designer. This exciting role supports high-impact projects across content, entertainment, advertising, fashion, lifestyle, social media, and brand campaigns.
The position offers exposure to a diverse range of visual communication requirements, making it ideal for a designer who enjoys variety and is comfortable seamlessly transitioning between different visual languages, audiences, and delivery formats.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Branding & Identity: Develop logos, typography, color palettes, visual systems, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Digital & Social Media: Create engaging assets including Instagram posts, reel covers, thumbnails, carousels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Presentations & Pitch Decks: Design compelling decks for brand proposals, creative concepts, production pitches, and business requirements.
- Marketing Collateral: Design print materials such as posters, brochures, invitations, flyers, banners, standees, and merchandise mockups.
- Entertainment Assets: Produce title cards, show logos, key art references, moodboards, and visual treatments for content projects.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with writers, producers, directors, and cross-functional teams to translate briefs into clear visual narratives.
- Project & File Management: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring high precision, strong file organization, and strict adherence to timelines.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on contemporary design trends spanning fashion, film, advertising, digital media, and popular culture.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCERequired Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design or a closely related creative role.
- Strong command of visual communication, layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven ability to execute digital-first design requirements, particularly for social media and branded content.
- Exceptional attention to detail, file structure organization, and cross-platform design consistency.
- A strong professional portfolio demonstrating relevant design work across branding, digital content, and campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience within content, entertainment, advertising, fashion, lifestyle, or media industries.
- Familiarity with both premium and mass-market design aesthetics.
- Basic motion design, video editing, or digital illustration capabilities.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Runway).
TECHNICAL SKILLS & TOOLS
- Core Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva.
- Presentation Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides.
- Preferred Additions: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Procreate, and AI-assisted creative platforms.
