Mandatory Training
90-Day Training Workshop in Lucknow is compulsory before joining as a Teacher.
- Training worth ₹50,000–₹1,00,000 — fully paid by FEA
- Stipend: ₹250 per training day
- Free travel, accommodation & meals during training
- Final Interview + Assignment must be completed at the end of the workshop.
