We are hiring a Telesales Executive with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry to drive sales through calls and customer follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain pharmaceutical products and generate orders.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain call, lead, and sales records.
Requirements
- 1-8 years of telesales/inside sales experience.
- Pharma industry experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yamunanagar, Haryana 135004: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Pharmaceutical sales: 1 year (Preferred)
