About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the fastener industry, including galvanized products, nuts, bolts, washers, and industrial fittings. The role requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and relationship management skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and sales-related documentation.
- Analyze sales data and prepare periodic reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor customer requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Fastener, Galvanizing, Nut, Bolt, Washer, Fittings, or Industrial Hardware industry.
- Strong understanding of galvanized products and industrial fastening solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle commercial documentation and customer correspondence independently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial supply chains.
- Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
