JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INSURANCE SALES TEAM LEADER
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Team Leader to lead and inspire our sales team in
Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving business
growth, and ensuring consistent team performance under pressure. This role requires a
strategic leader with a passion for results, excellent communication skills, and a proven track
record of success in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and
quarterly sales goals.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans aligned with
company objectives.
· Drive new business acquisition and maintain long-term relationships with existing
clients.
· Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure continuous professional
development.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify
business opportunities.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution of
sales initiatives.
· Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
· Maintain high levels of professionalism, especially under tight deadlines and pressure
situations.Candidate Profile
· Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with proven success in meeting or exceeding
sales targets.
· Bachelor’s degree (Graduate minimum qualification).
· Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
· Result-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Capable of handling pressure and tight deadlines effectively.
· Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
