Job Summary: We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Responsibilities: Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states to inform business decisions. Work with project teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and requirements. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Assist in designing, documenting, and implementing new or enhanced business processes.
Create process models, workflows, and other documentation to support business solutions.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and business case development.
Support testing efforts, including creating Test cases and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong understanding of business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
Experience with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, gap analysis, SWOT analysis).
Proficiency in data analysis, with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software.
Excellent written skills in writing technical and business documentation using tools such as Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Business Analysis certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA). Experience in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology.
