Agrani Group is hiring a Site/Execution Engineer to handle complete on-site execution—from civil structure to finishing—ensuring quality, timelines, and coordination across all activities at its Sohna Road project in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise complete construction activities: excavation, RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and external development
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor daily site progress and plan manpower, materials, and machinery
- Conduct quality checks at each stage (RCC, brickwork, finishing, etc.)
- Maintain site records: DPR (Daily Progress Report), material consumption, and work measurements
- Identify site issues and resolve execution challenges proactively
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
- Support billing, measurement (RA bills), and client/consultant inspections
- Ensure timely project milestones and assist in project handover
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction execution (RCC to finishing)
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings
- Basic understanding of BOQ, billing, and measurements
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and site handling ability
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in building construction projects
Preferred Profile
- Experience in residential or high-rise projects
- Familiarity with Gurgaon/Sohna Road projects and local vendors
- Ability to independently handle site execution with minimal supervision
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
