Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant-COTS to join our team at Titan. As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing COTS software solutions for our clients in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide functional expertise in COTS software solutions- Analyze and document business processes and translate them into functional specifications for software customization
- Configure and customize COTS software to meet client's specific needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Provide training and support to clients on the implemented COTS software
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in COTS software and provide recommendations for improvement
- Travel to client locations for project assignments as needed
Requirements:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Technology (VB, .NET, Windows, IE, SQL Server and Web services).

Familiarity with OpenAI and/or Gemini SDKs; practical experience will be considered a significant advantage

Proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis using libraries such as Pandas.
