Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Tender Executive with strong expertise in government and defence tendering. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to bid submission and post-award documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, Defence, PSU, and other government procurement portals.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bids.
- Draft and compile all tender-related documents, compliance sheets, declarations, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare accurate quotations, cost sheets, and price bids in coordination with the management.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams to obtain technical specifications, pricing, and authorization documents.
- Communicate professionally with customers, government departments, and procurement officials regarding tender clarifications and bid requirements.
- Upload and manage products/catalogues on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
- Handle GeM bidding, reverse auctions, bid participation, and order processing.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Follow up on bid status, purchase orders, contract execution, and payment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in government tendering.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, CPPP, defence tenders, and PSU procurement.
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bid preparation.
- Experience in preparing commercial quotations and pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict submission deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Security, Industrial Equipment, or Government Procurement.
- Knowledge of OEM authorization processes and compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with import documentation and technical product catalogues will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
