About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and self-motivated Business Development manager to join our growing recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with businesses, generating leads, and managing client communications in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through calls, personal meeting, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Pitch the company's recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and virtual meetings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into business.
- Manage the company's digital presence across LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content to enhance the company's brand visibility.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media marketing, and lead generation activities.
- Utilize AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to improve productivity, content creation, market research, and business communication.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI technologies to enhance business development efforts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
