Hiring: HR Manager – Fintech Industry
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the Fintech industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in recruiting and hiring professionals already working in the fintech sector.
Key Requirements:
- Previous HR/recruitment experience in the Fintech industry.
- Strong network of fintech professionals and industry contacts.
- Experience hiring for roles such as Sales, Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, Product, Technology, and Customer Support.
- Knowledge of fintech business models, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ability to source, screen, and onboard high-quality talent efficiently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience in Fintech, Banking, NBFC, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services.
- Proven track record of successful fintech hiring.
- Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Objective:
To attract and hire skilled professionals with relevant fintech experience who can contribute immediately to business growth and operational excellence.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karol Bagh, Delhi, Delhi
