Job Summary
Popular Hyundai is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Service to lead customer experience initiatives, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure effective handling of customer feedback and service quality. The ideal candidate will manage the Customer Relationship Executives (CREs), monitor customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, or the automobile industry.
- Experience in leading a customer service or CRE team is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/DMS software.
