Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and developing long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, generate leads, conduct client meetings, understand client hiring and HR requirements, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to successful client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Identify and acquire new clients for Recruitment, HR Consulting, Leadership Development, and Talent Solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CXOs, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Understand client challenges and recommend suitable HR and business solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and client handover.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Maintain accurate sales records, lead trackers, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly revenue and business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, HR Consulting, Recruitment Sales, or Service Sales.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Confidence in interacting with CXOs, HR Leaders, and business owners.
- Strong sales acumen with a consultative approach.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
