Job Objective
The HRM role involves leading and managing the strategic Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development functions across all business verticals of the company in India . The position is responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and driving organizational growth through people-centric initiatives.
Specific responsibilities:
- Manage/oversee strategic Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and L&D functions across all verticals of the Company
- Performance Management: Manage and oversee performance management of all BUs within the Company and advise Management on post PM strategy.
- Payroll Management
- Talent Acquisition Management: Oversee TA function and strategy to ensure the team to meet recruitment deadlines.
- Policy and Procedures: Develop and manage comprehensive HR Policies and Procedures and oversee its implementation and management across all verticals.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances and adhoc matters of employees.
- Strategic Decision Making (SDM): Work hand-in-hand with Senior Leaders in Company’s strategic decision-making process.
- Disciplinary Procedures Management
- Training & Development: Manage/oversee employee on-boarding formalities including online & FTF HR induction programmes, product and soft skill training, HRMS system (KEKA).
- Employee Engagement: Oversee employee engagement activities across PAN India.
