Job Overview
We are seeking a highly versatile and technically sound Project Manager to oversee
turnkey industrial and commercial projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end
execution of Steel PEB structures, integrated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing) services, and high-end office interiors. The ideal candidate ensures that
projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety and
quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Structural & Building Envelope Execution
Supervise the erection of Steel PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), ensuring
structural alignment and bolt-torque compliance.
Manage the installation of PUF Panels (roofing and wall cladding) and
specialized cold-room or acoustic partitions.
Oversee the fitting of high-performance aluminum doors and windows,
ensuring proper sealing and waterproofing.
2. MEP & HVAC Management
Coordinate the layout and installation of Electrical systems (LT panels,
wiring, lighting) and Plumbing/Firefighting networks.
Manage the installation and commissioning of Air Conditioning (HVAC)
systems, including ducting, VRV/VRF units, and ventilation.
Ensure all utility lines are integrated seamlessly into the building’s structural
frame.
3. Interior Fit-outs
Execute Office Interiors involving modular furniture, false ceilings, flooring
(carpeting/epoxy), and glass partitions.
Maintain a high level of "finish quality" expected in corporate office
environments.
4. Project Administration & Planning
Billing & Contracts: Verify vendor bills, manage rate analysis, and handle
negotiations for extra items or rate escalations.
Scheduling: Develop and monitor project timelines (using MS Project or
Primavera) to ensure no overlap between structural and interior phases.
Vendor Management: Source and manage specialized subcontractors for
MEP, PEB, and interior works.
