- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs to propose suitable solutions
- Conduct product/service presentations and demos remotely
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion
