Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in daily processes and develop strategies to boost productivity.
- Day-to-Day Administration: Manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and oversee the backend operations of programs, stores, or projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with different internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of company goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze operational data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for upper management.
- Team Supervision: Supervise support staff, assist in manpower deployment, and help with training or performance evaluations.
Typical Requirements and Skills
- Educational Background: A degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel.
