About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to join our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturing . In this role, you will lead daily dispatch operations, oversee material loading, manage transport documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and on-time shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch & Logistics: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily dispatch schedules and transport activities.
- Loading Supervision: Oversee packing, labeling, vehicle placement, and correct material loading to prevent transit damage.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and verify Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists, and transport documents.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align closely with Production, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams to streamline outbound workflow.
- Transporter Liaison: Work directly with transport vendors for vehicle availability, routing, and delivery tracking.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain precise inventory movement records, ERP updates, and adhere to plant SOPs and safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations (preference for PEB, steel fabrication, or heavy manufacturing backgrounds).
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with dispatch documentation, e-way bills, and inventory control.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, problem-solving under tight deadlines, and team coordination skills.
