Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst based in the IST time zone to support Argus Safety–related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in pharmacovigilance, hands-on Argus Safety knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business users and technical teams.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and end users

Act as a liaison between business users and development teams

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements

Support testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, reports, testing, and change documents

Ensure solutions align with regulatory and pharmacovigilance standards
Requirements:
-
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
-
Strong Argus Safety knowledge

Solid understanding of pharmacovigilance processes
-
Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
-
Working knowledge of JIRA or equivalent tools
-
Hands-on experience in testing and validation

Strong documentation skills, including:

Business and functional requirements

Report specifications
-
User guides
-
Test scripts
-
Change summaries
-
Availability to work in the IST time zone

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
