- Candidate sourcing, screening & interview coordination
- Handle employee documentation and HR records
- Manage attendance, leave & employee-related queries
- Support HR policies, processes and compliance
- Coordinate with management and various departments
- Handle day-to-day HR operations
Required Skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment & HR operations
- MS Office / Excel proficiency
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
