Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring to ensure timely manpower fulfillment.
- Control costs for stationery, consumables, staff welfare, and monthly meetings.
- Maintain approved staffing levels and keep annual attrition below 60%.
- Complete all joining formalities on time (offer letters, employee codes, ESIC/Mediclaim, uniforms, and ID cards).
- Ensure timely and accurate Full & Final (FnF) settlements with minimal rejections.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, employee files, and employee lifecycle updates.
- Manage Kronos enrolment, attendance, deactivation, and exception clearance.
- Ensure 100% accurate attendance for payroll processing.
- Maintain HR audit compliance and achieve satisfactory audit ratings.
- Submit weekly/monthly MIS and cost reports to the HR SPOC.
- Coordinate statutory compliance, inspections, surveys, and timely closure of notices.

1. Educational: MBA/PGDBM in Human Resource Management (Full Time)
2. Professional:1-3 years in a similar role in a reputed organisation

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
