POSITION DETAILS
JOB PURPOSE
· Supervise site execution activities and ensure timely completion of work as per approved drawings and project schedules.
· Coordinate with Foremen, subcontractors and labor teams to achieve execution targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
· Monitor day-to-day construction activities.
· Ensure quality, safety and productivity standards at site.
· Manage manpower deployment and work planning.
· Coordinate with contractors and execution teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Review daily site progress and execution status.
· Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.
· Coordinate material requirements and work schedules.
· Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
· Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports.
WORKING CONDITIONS
· Construction site environment including excavation, concreting and finishing works.
· Outdoor work and site visits as per project requirements.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
· Reports to Senior Site Supervisor/ Construction Manager / Project Manager.
· Receives project targets and execution plans from management.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED
· Direct supervision of Foremen, Assistant Foremen and labor teams.
· Coordinates subcontractors and execution staff.

· Labor Attendance Report
· Weekly Planning Report
· Material Requirement Reports
· Site Instruction Register
· Safety Observation Reports
· Quality Inspection Reports

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to the above responsibilities, the role may require undertaking additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager or management, the same will need to be fulfilled at part of the job description
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Experience Requirements: 9 years
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Experience Requirements: 10–12 years
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education Requirements: Any valid Degree/Diploma other than Engineering
Age Criteria
30 to 40 Years
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Experience in high-rise construction, aluminum formwork and site supervision preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
