Qualification: MBA / BBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare
Experience: 2–3 years in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare exposure preferred)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support area business development activities including client visits, referral development, and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, insurance/TPA networks, and community partners
- Assist in conducting health camps, awareness events, and promotional activities in the assigned area
- Collect market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing, and new opportunity mapping
- Maintain a daily call tracker and report activities via CRM or MIS sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, clinical) to ensure client commitments are met
- Support senior BDMs in presentations, proposals, and new account onboarding
- Achieve monthly visit targets and contribute to revenue growth of the area
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- MBA / BBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
- 2– 3 years of experience; internship in sales/marketing or healthcare is a plus
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred (travel allowance provided)
- Fluency in local language along with English/Hindi is an advantage
