Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Website QA & Testing Specialist who can thoroughly test websites from end to end, identify bugs, improve user experience, and ensure websites function smoothly across different devices and browsers. The ideal candidate should have experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, and A/B Testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of websites and web applications.
- Create and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Conduct Manual Testing to identify UI, UX, functional, and usability issues.
- Perform Automation Testing using relevant tools and frameworks.
- Test website functionality across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems.
- Execute Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct A/B Testing and analyze user behavior to optimize website performance and conversions.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
- Verify website responsiveness and mobile compatibility.
- Test forms, payment gateways, user registrations, login systems, and other critical workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues.
- Ensure websites meet quality, security, and performance standards.
- Prepare test reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies.
- Experience with Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Understanding of A/B Testing platforms and conversion optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Experience in bug tracking and reporting.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
- Familiarity with API Testing tools like Postman.
- Knowledge of Cross-Browser and Responsive Testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Website Testing or Quality Assurance.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom websites.
- ISTQB certification will be an added advantage.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Performance Testing using JMeter or similar tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Google Analytics and user behavior analysis.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) concepts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
