The Full Stack Developer would be a key player in TAG’s growth story, leading the vision from the front with the following roles:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in line with best development practices and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance to ensure a seamless user experience
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve functionality and reliability
- Ensure adherence to security standards, data protection protocols, and code quality guidelines
- Coordinate with the SEO Executive to implement website optimization strategies, including technical SEO requirements, performance improvements, and search engine best practices
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively contribute to improving development processes
The ideal candidate should have:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development with exposure to both front end and back-end technologies
- Strong proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience working with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar frameworks
- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and experience with API development and integrations
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and standard deployment workflows
- Openness to learning and ability to adapt based on feedback
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
